Our Sales Departments are open for online sales. Conicelli Service, Parts, and Collision Center remains open. Rest assured we are taking all necessary pre-cautions to ensure everyone's safety. To enter our facilities, we require all employees and customers to wear a face mask.
 
SALES:
We are open for sales by appointment only in order to limit the amount of customers and staff in our showrooms. To lessen your time in the showroom, we can complete vehicle choice, credit application, and trade estimate online. We are open and have taken additional measures to ensure your safety, and ours. We have implemented a contact-free service experience in all locations. Please call to schedule your appointment.

Steps we are taking for increased safety in all Conicelli Facilities
  • Face masks required to be worn by staff and customers
  • Enforce social distancing of at least 6 feet
  • Customers may use our valet parking, 24/7 key drop, regularly sanitized shuttled vans, or customer lounge that is frequently being sanitized throughout the day
  • Our valet and technicians wear gloves when inside a customers' vehicle. All employees wear masks at all times
  • Vehicles get a seat cover, plastic steering wheel cover, and floor mat as protection
  • We will provide a mask to customers waiting for their vehicle that do not have one
  • Plastic dividers between customers and service advisors/ cashiers
  • All communication and transactions can be done via phone, text, or email
  • Cleanse customer and employee touch points with disinfectant multiple times per day at all facilities.
  • Deep cleaning and disinfecting every night at all facilities
