Once again I am in awe of the service I receive at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield!! I called and talked to Shannon at 2:30 p.m. advising her of a grinding noise in my brakes that had just started yesterday. I wanted to come in on Thursday morning, 6/20, but she advised you guys were totally booked. Shannon asked if I could bring my 2010 Tacoma in that afternoon as she could still get it looked at on 6/19. I arrived at around 3:00pm, and Shannon handled the paperwork immediately and got my truck back into the service area. I left with a plan to come back before 6 to pick up the truck. It turned out to be front brakes as I had thought, as I had been advised at my 35,000 mile check up that they might be required before my next inspection (due 9/13).

The service department also checked on my service light that had come on, changed my oil and filter. At 4:15pm I got a call from Shannon that the truck was ready!! Amazing!! I am a contractor and cannot afford much down time with my truck, but this type of service is simply amazing!! Your service department is the best, and it is such a pleasure to deal with Shannon whenever I have a service need. Be assured I will continue to have all of my service needs taken care of by Conicelli. And when it is time, I will be back to purchase another vehicle from Conicelli Toyota of Springfield!! You have one very happy customer here!
