I have been coming to Conicelli in Springfield for my vehicle inspection and maintenance for almost 20 years. They have always done an excellent job, on time and at a reasonable price. The one thing I did not like was the numerous robo calls and texts they would send to remind me of my appointment after I scheduled service. They only contacted me once for this last appointment. Much better.

Had a nail in my tire the night before we were taking our kid to college. Left the car with a note at the service center and called first thing in the morning to explain. They squeezed us in and got us out with a new tire that morning so we could drive to college. We were very grateful!

I called in because the garage door smashed my antenna, I was able to order the part and set an appointment over the phone. The antenna came in quickly and I was able to be squeezed in before my original appointment which was a week away. I felt happy that I could be accommodated and relieved that the antenna was fixed.
