From first contact to make my appointment to getting my final paperwork and paying the bill, our service representative, Christina Randall, is always on top of everything for us. Conicelli's service is excellent, but the assigned service person concept that began when we first bought our Toyota has put them over the top for us. Christina and the service are our #1 & 2 reasons for coming back to the dealership for all of our car's needs.

I had to have my car towed to this shop after my car broke down just days after getting a remote start installed (at a shop in NJ). From dealing with AAA and the shop that installed the remote start, the whole thing was a nightmare, except for Conicelli Toyota Springfield. Matt Hoyle and the manager Jack DePre were so helpful, understanding and just a joy to deal with. Keep up the great work, and service Matt and Jack. This is my 4th Toyota Highlander that I purchased from Conicelli @ Springfield. I was a Ford person previously. But, my husband got me into Toyota's 12 years ago and WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This location for Service is great! You are taken on time, LISTEN TO EXACTLY what is going on with your vehicle. I have never felt like they "don't listen". This visit was for my new 2020 Highlander- the remote start was not working. I think the car was there 5 minutes (we did not even leave the parking lot) when our Service Associate came and showed me "what I needed to do to properly start the REMOTE START!! Only reason I continue to buy Toyotas!!
